“TELL ME MORE” GETS SPECIAL MENTION

The documentary by Martyna Paszko was recognised at this year's Ravno Selo Film Festival in Serbia.

The Ravno Selo Film Festival is an event aimed primarily at up-and-coming filmmakers i.e., debutants or those making their second film. In addition to good films, viewers enjoyed concerts, meetings with creators, and film workshops (this year led by actress Lora Đurović together with director Goran Nikolic). The 2021 edition lasted a day longer than usual and took place on 1-4 July.

The awarded documentary “Tell Me More” is a deeply personal story of the director who returns to her family home for a three-week “vacation” to look after her mother who's suffering from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Although Barbara can only communicate by eye movement, she tries to tell her daughter as much as possible. These could be her last words.
