“TRAMWAY” AWARDED IN ESTONIA
The film by Bartosz Reetz wins another award. This time, it was named best short film at Cinemod Debuts in Estonia.
As the name suggests, Cinemod Debuts is an event dedicated to filmmakers' first and second films. Its program is divided into two competitions – for shorts and features. This year's edition took place on 24–26 August.
One of the films invited to the festival was Tramway by Bartosz Reetz The short production delighted the jury and the film won its competition.
The awarded film starts in the morning, when the eponymous tram is leaving the depot. A young teacher starts another day and commutes to work. A chance meeting on the tram makes long-dormant longings return.
