"INVISIBLE" WON AT THE KIN FESTIVAL

Yet another award went to Zofia Pręgowska for her film "Invisible." This time, the documentary film was chosen the Best Film at the "KIN" Women's International Film Festival in Armenia.

The aim of KIN Women's International Film Festival is to promote creative women who make films. The films shown at the festival focus on the issues of violence, inequality and discrimination against women as well as other matters connected with gender differences.

"Invisible" by Zofia Pręgowska turned out to be the festival's Best Film. The film's protagonist is a blind poetess Ms Krystyna. The film is set in a tiny flat in Warsaw, which Ms. Krystyna cannot leave on her own because of her health. Forced to rely on others, she incessantly comments the surrounding world by writing poetry.
