"THE SHADOW FOREST" AWARDED AT THE POLISH FILM FESTIVAL IN LOS ANGELES

"The Shadow Forest" by Andrzej Cichocki was chosen the Best Short Film at the 16th Polish Film Festival in Los Angeles. This year, the festival takes place from 13 to 22 October.

The run of luck for "The Shadow Forest" continues - last weekend, yet another award joined the collection of prizes won by the film. After being awarded at the MAFICI festival in Argentina and at the International Film Festival in Cyprus, "The Shadow Forest" was chosen the Best Short Film at the 16th edition of Polish Film Festival in Los Angeles. The jury, who awarded the film by Cichocki, included: Vazrik Der-Sahakian, Rachel O'meara, James Ulmer and Bijan Tehrani.

"The Shadow Forest" is a short fiction film made at the Faculty of Radio and Television at the University of Silesia in Katowice. The film's director, Andrzej Cichocki, is also the author of the script and the film's cinematography. So far, "The Shadow Forest" has been shown at 25 international festivals and won 10 awards.
