POLISH FILMS IN THE INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION OF THE ANIMATOR FESTIVAL

A true celebration of animated film begins in Poznań soon. There are many Polish productions in the incredibly rich program of the Animator Festival, several of which have been invited to its International Short Film Competition.

ANIMATOR International Animated Film Festival is a qualifying festival for the Oscars®. It is also the largest cultural event in Poland dedicated to animated film. Over a thousand animated films from 64 countries, including Costa Rica, Cuba, Kuwait, Macau, and Martinique, were submitted for this year's edition of the festival to the international section.

The program of the international short film competition will feature 59 productions from around the world, including three from Poland. Safari Club by Zuzanna Szyszak, Lack by Paweł Prewencki, and Disc+Dog by Tomek Ducki have a chance for the Grand Prix and a shortened path to the Oscars.
