• KFF INDUSTRY: OVER 1 000 GUESTS, ALMOST 1 100 INDIVIDUAL MEETINGS – SUMMARY OF 2024 EDITION

    KFF Industry, an event intended for film professionals taking place simultaneously with the 64th Krakow Film Festival, took place, as every year, at the turn of May and June. This year, we were visited by over 1 000 guests, including several hundred from abroad. The filmmakers held almost 1 100 individual meetings with outstanding experts and decision makers, over ninety of whom came to Krakow. 64 projects were presented during three pitchings and a co-production market.

    The latest animated film by Izabela Plucińska has caught the jury's attention at the most prestigious festival dedicated to animation. Joko received the award for best music in France, with its score composed by Aliaksandr Yasinski.

  • MORE AWARDS FOR “ZIMA”

    Tomasz Popakul and Kasumi Ozeki are on a roll. First, they won the second prize at the Portuguese IndieLisboa – International Film Festival, and now they have received a special award from a jury member at Animafest Zagreb.

  • POLISH FILMS AWARDED AT 64TH KRAKOW FILM FESTIVAL

    Once again, the impressive hall of the Kijów cinema was crowded with the audience and filmmakers eagerly awaiting the verdict. The in-cinema part of the 64th Kraków Film Festival is drawing to a close, culminating in the awards ceremony. This year, the event was preceded by the world premiere of Małgorzata Szumowska and Michał Englert’s film All Inclusive. A gala ceremony attended by the Deputy Mayor of Kraków, Stanisław Mazur, commenced after the screening.
