• POLISH CINEMA TRIUMPHS IN ICELAND

  The winners of The Pigeon International Film Festival. Polish productions dominated the awards ceremony, with Jakub Piątek's Pianoforte securing two prestigious honours. The festival also recognised Justyna Wasilewska's performance in Newborn, whilst Polish feature-length fiction films Horror Story by Adrian Apanel and Doppelganger. The Double also claimed awards.

  The animated short by Tomek Popakul and Kasumi Ozeki scoops second prize at the Lille International Short Film Festival.
