POLISH TITLE: TRAFIONY
The story of Louis Jurkowlaniec, the most reliable marksman of the Vietnamese war. The film is not a record of the wartime feats of this meritorious soldier, a commander of a special division of snipers whose fortunes were described in the famous book by J.T. Netter, it is rather an attempt to show the drama of a man yearning to be reconciled with his own incredibly cruel and tragic past. He searches for this strength to reconcile in Poland, the Fatherland of his father, and the place where he has decided to live out the rest of his days.
