Her day is organised in minute detail. Up to a moment when things get out of hand. Her son dies in a car accident. Alice would like to be still but she can't. A graduate from film directing at the Kieslowski’s Radio and Television Department of University of Silesia in Poland. Her school films were presented at all of the most important film festivals in Poland and many abroad - in Germany, France, Spain, Czech Republic and Japan.Before moving behind the camera, since the age of seven, she performed on stage as a singer and violinist – every week for over 20 years.
In fact her first film appearence at the age of four as a boy riding a carousel and smoking a pipe was so convincing that it shocked old ladies from the neighbourhood who believed that she actually drinks vodka as well.
