Yevangelina Kovalchuk

Yevangelina Kovalchuk was born in a small town in Kazakhstan. At 17, she moved to Poland alone with one suitcase and a clear goal: to become a filmmaker. Growing up between cultures and leaving home early shaped her search for identity. Her films explore themes of belonging, emotional distance, and the subtle dynamics between people from different worlds. She is drawn to quiet, intimate stories about finding one’s place in the world.
