On the morning of her birthday, Emilia wakes up next to a stranger – Shay, a tourist from Tel Aviv. As the previous night’s events return to her, she remembers that their condom broke. Emilia decides to get rid of him as soon as possible, explaining to Shay that in Poland you need a prescription for the morning-after-pill and that she will take care of it on her own. But, Shay insists on coming with her to solve their problem.

David Tejer »

David Tejer was raised in Stockholm, and later in Israel. There he graduated from Tel Aviv University, majoring in Film Studies and English Literature. He went on to work in the film industry, working his way up to DoP. In ‘14, he decided to move to his parents’ native Poland to seriously pursue writing and directing and was accepted to the director’s program at the Wajda School. In ’17 he co-wrote and directed “Femina” – a dark-comedy musical theater piece. “Cradle Me” is his film debut.
